The Role
As a Project Architectural Technologist, you’ll lead projects through all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, top-tier contractors, and our in-house teams. Due to the nature of the projects it is important that candidates can demonstrate a background in UK large-scale projects £10M and above, with experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes preferable. Experience in leading a team is essential with the capability of liaising with clients and consultants effectively. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants\’ information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5.
Responsibilities
- Developing technical and functional design solutions
- Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications
- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
- Managing client relationships and ensuring their vision is realised
Qualifications & Required Skills
- A fully qualified architectural technician or technologist
- Minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience
- Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)
- Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Track record in UK projects £10M and above
- Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK
