Location: Choice of UK studios (Cambridge, Kent, London, Bristol, Sheffield, Birmingham).

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Salary and benefits

We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, reviewed annually. Alongside this is a comprehensive benefits package including:

The Role

As a Project Architect, you’ll lead projects through all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, top-tier contractors, and our in-house teams. Due to the nature of the projects it is important that candidates can demonstrate a background in UK large-scale projects £10M and above, with experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes preferable. Experience in leading a team is essential with the capability of liaising with clients and consultants effectively. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants\’ information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5.

  • Developing creative and functional design solutions
  • Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications
  • Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring their vision is realised

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • A fully qualified architect (ARB registered or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience
  • Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)
  • Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5
  • Track record in UK projects £10M and above
  • Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in
