Plus an extra day off on your Birthday Time off for volunteering, mentoring, professional studies Paid ARB, RIBA, CIAT and LI memberships plus individual personal development budget Sabbaticals / breaks for study, travel etc. The Role As a Project Architect, you’ll lead projects through all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, top-tier contractors, and our in-house teams. Due to the nature of the projects it is important that candidates can demonstrate a background in UK large-scale projects £10M and above, with experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes preferable. Experience in leading a team is essential with the capability of liaising with clients and consultants effectively. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants’ information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5. Responsibilities Developing creative and functional design solutions Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams Managing client relationships and ensuring their vision is realised Qualifications & Required Skills A fully qualified architect (ARB registered or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit) Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5 Track record in UK projects £10M and above Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in Preferred skills Proven experience delivering projects across multiple sectors Excellent communication and leadership abilities A collaborative approach and a passion for creating great places Experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes Apply today!
