The Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you’ll be working on projects through all RIBA stages, working with the studio Associates, Associate Directors and our team of project architects. Due to the nature of the projects a background in UK large-scale projects £10M and above, orexperience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes would be preferable. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants\’ information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5.
Responsibilities
- Developing technical and functional design solutions
- Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications
- Engaging with clients and design teams and coordinating detailed design information
- Ensuring technical and regulatory compliance, including the golden thread
Qualifications & Required Skills
- A fully qualified architectural technician or technologist
- Minimum 1-3 years post qualification experience
- Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)
- Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK
