As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Technical Project Manager to manage complex, technical CRM programmes and projects, the day-to-day relationships with project stakeholders, both internally and client-side.

Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in a CRM or digital marketing agency
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or Salesforce
- A solid understanding of how data moves between CDPs, such as Tealium, and CRM platforms, and what that means for segmentation and personalisation
- The ability to project manage data-driven strategies informed by market and competitive insight
- A forensic attention to detail
- Strong client communication skills and the confidence to lead senior stakeholder conversations
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery of complex CRM programmes & projects, from brief through to deployment.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and liaising directly with clients.
- Getting under the skin of the technology, including how data flows between CRM platforms and CDPs to power personalisation and segmentation.
- Working with the client services / delivery team and being actively involved in all aspects of the work and ensuring work is progressing as planned.
- Creating a scope of work - requirement management, preparation and maintenance of business cases, and evaluation of alternative methods to learn from the past to improve delivery; project scope control, baseline change management.
- Developing and managing the project plan and working with discipline leads and project teams to execute strategies and estimating for project activities, including how they can be quality assessed.
- Managing schedules, budgets (if applicable), assets, and overall project organisation ensures requirements and project deliverables dates are communicated, understood, and executed.
- Effectively and efficiently planning and prioritising all deliverables and resources working across the project(s) based on the scope of work and project goals.
- Communicating and documenting project status.
- Actively monitoring project risks, and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance.
- Managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Interacting and collaborating knowledgeably with clients and partners.
- Consistently managing client expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality service, and soliciting and acting on client feedback.
Use of Artificial Intelligence: Bond uses AI tools during parts of the screening, assessment, and selection process, supporting a fair and efficient hiring process.
