As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Director to lead on key client relationships, building and growing accounts, managing the account team, our delivery of work, and client profitability.
Location: UK (Bristol area)

Requirements
  • 3 years’ experience at Account Director level in an agency environment
  • Good understanding of data use in influencing campaigns
  • Demonstrable leadership qualities, managing teams, resources & client relationships
  • An ideal candidate will have industry knowledge of CRM channels - email, web, push, app (behaviour & technical) and knowledge of CRM principles - affinity, loyalty, etc.
  • Skilled in utilising tools such as timesheets, scheduling and forecasting tools
