We are looking for a detail-oriented

Resource Management Specialist to join our operations team.

In this role, you will support day-to-day workforce planning, capacity forecasting, operational process maintenance, and financial tracking for assigned teams.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate data, efficient scheduling, and compliance with established processes — enabling our teams to deliver projects smoothly and on time.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in resource management, operations coordination, or capacity planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, resource planning tools (knowledge of Float is an asset), or similar systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding financial tracking and forecasting processes is an asset.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes.
  • Ability to facilitate collaborative discussions regarding resource assignment, utilisation and gap analysis between resource managers and leaders
  • Experience in a creative/strategy agency is an asset
