We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate person to join our energetic team in either Germany or the UK.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in designing and developing meaningful experiences for customers and/or employees.
  • Located in either the UK or Germany.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational psychology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Passionate about working with clients, understanding their needs and developing solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • A desire and ability to travel as needed.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data and insights to design and execute strategy and solutions.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset, driven by a passion for delivering outstanding customer and employee experiences.
  • Excellent change management expertise in designing and implementing tailored solutions across learning and development, customer experience, service design, culture change, while providing leadership and direction to ensure client‑centric project delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in customer experience software and tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partnering with clients from a variety of geographies to understand their needs and develop individualized solution blueprints while leveraging the scale of global brands.
  • Building a strong, collaborative relationship with our clients, challenging and pushing them as appropriate.
