As we continue to grow, we will be seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Designer to join our Creative team, working on world-class creative CRM campaigns for clients.

Requirements
A Designer at Bond should be ambitious, motivated and driven, and constantly looking to improve the quality of their work - does that sound like you? Some more practical skills we also look for here are:
- Good working experience of using Figma, the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD and After Effects
- Skills in using Microsoft (Word, PPT & Excel), Teams and Outlook
- Understanding of Wrike or other project management tools is useful
- It’d be beneficial for you to understand the basics of CRM, including some of the channels used (email, web, push & app) and the principles behind CRM such as affinity, loyalty, and the importance of handling customer data.
