As a CRM Strategy Director, you will be an experienced and confident strategic thinker, able to meet the growing demand within the business for clear, ambitious and well-informed strategies to meet our client’s business challenges. As a senior member of the Strategy team, you will be expected to take the lead on key projects, working with independence and good judgement with key stakeholders across the business and engaging effectively with senior Clients. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day strategic output on several of Bond’s key clients.

The ideal candidate will be adept at linking both brand, customer and performance marketing strategies, with key experience in data-driven CRM, lifecycle and loyalty programmes.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working on data-led strategy in CRM and/or performance marketing for B2C brands
  • Agency experience essential
  • Strong presentation skills both face to face and virtually, with the ability to engage well with senior clients and with presentations that tell a story using strategy, data and insight
  • Demonstrate clear, practical knowledge of analytical approaches & methodologies with the ability to translate the complex into simplified explanations
  • Understanding of major Marketing, Brand and Performance strategic theories and tools including behavioural economics.
