As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to lead on key client relationships, building and growing accounts, managing the account team, our delivery of work, and client profitability.
Location: UK (Bristol area)
Requirements:
- Experience in an Account Director role is essential to hit the ground running
- Understanding of agency Client Services techniques
- Understanding of CRM principles and data-driven marketing best practices
- Great communicator and great at building relationships with clients as well as colleagues
- Leadership qualities, from supporting a CS team, guiding projects, mentoring and recruitment support
- Dedication to producing work to be proud of both individually and as a team
- Continuously seek to improve the quality of your work by applying critical thought and digging deeper into briefs and requirements
- Well organised and demonstrate thorough attention to detail
- Demonstrate highly proficient use of MS Office Suite (including Google Equivalents), and Wrike or another PM tool
- Highly motivated to meet deadlines and the highest standards
