Role Description

We are seeking an Interim CTO to oversee Beta test development as we transition from MVP to commercial launch and international scale. This role will refine our full‑stack architecture to optimise both client and end‑user experience, ensuring Bond’s infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and user‑centred.

The Interim CTO will lead technical strategy, guide platform optimisation, and collaborate closely with the founding team to align technology with our mission and market ambitions. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone excited by deep technical challenges, fast iteration, and building something with global social impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development during the Beta phase and prepare the platform for international rollout.
• Refine the full stack (front‑end, back‑end, and database layers) to optimise performance, security, and user experience.
• Translate business and community‑building objectives into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead a small cross‑functional team of developers, designers, and analysts.
• Maintain the integrity of Bond’s encryption framework while supporting new integrations and API scalability.
• Work closely with the founding team to define technical milestones and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling an international SaaS product from Beta to commercial launch.
• Strong background in software architecture, encryption, or zero‑trust systems.
• Deep understanding of user management, community platforms, or data analytics.
• Experience in agile environments, capable of balancing innovation with delivery.
