We are seeking an experienced and committed Clinical Lead Nurse to join our well-established nursing home in Ilford. This is a mixed role, combining supernumerary leadership time with clinical hours on the floor. Hours are negotiable for the right candidate.

- Proven nursing home experience at senior nurse / leadership level
- Demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles
- Confident clinical decision-maker with strong leadership skills
