Do you love the thrill of building partnerships and delivering commercial growth? We’re expanding our Sales team and looking for five experienced Regional Account Managers to join us on our mission to transform food service across healthcare, care, and commercial sectors.
What’s the role about?
You’ll be the face of our brand to key clients—both existing and new. Whether nurturing strategic relationships or securing new business, you’ll be hands-on in developing account plans, hitting targets, and delivering real value to customers. From tenders to menu costings, this is a full-spectrum commercial role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of national and regional clients
- Leading on bids, tenders, and contract wins in NHS, care, and commercial settings
- Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Delivering tailored presentations and menu solutions
- Driving sales performance through cross-functional collaboration
- Providing accurate, timely reports and forecasts
What we’re looking for:
- Proven sales and account management experience—preferably in foodservice or healthcare
- A knack for building rapport and delivering customer value
- Strong commercial awareness and project management ability
- Financial acumen: comfortable with menu costing and gross margin targets
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel
