About Bonbon Pottery
Bonbon Pottery is a London-based ceramic painting studio and café, with four studios currently open across the city and three more launching soon. We believe creativity is for everyone, and that making something with your hands can feel just as good as making memories with the people around you.
The role
We’re looking for a creative, socially savvy Marketing Executive to help bring Bonbon Pottery to life online and grow our community of makers. This role is primarily focused on social media content creation, community engagement and building relationships with brands and content creators who share our love of craft, calm and creativity. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a genuine feel for social trends and aesthetics, who is equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit, and building a campaign in Canva — and who enjoys being the point of contact between our brand and the creators we work with.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Bonbon Pottery's social media platforms end to end: creating engaging content, scheduling posts, analysing performance metrics and fostering community interaction.
- Build and manage relationships with brands, communities and content creators, from initial outreach through to collaboration delivery.
- Keep a close eye on social media trends and bring fresh, on-brand content ideas to the table.
- Independently shoot and edit short-form video content, and design assets in Canva to a high visual standard.
- Work closely with the HQ team and report directly to the Marketing Manager on plans, results and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (studio, events and operations) to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in B2C social media marketing, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, retail or creative industries.
- A strong, up-to-date understanding of social media trends across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Excellent aesthetic judgement and an eye for visual storytelling that reflects the Bonbon Pottery brand.
- Confidence editing video independently (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush or similar), plus strong Canva design skills.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators, and confidence liaising directly with brands and bloggers.
- A collaborative, organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
- A genuine interest in creativity, craft and building community — Bonbon Pottery’s world is a big part of the job.
Why join us
You’ll be part of a growing, independent brand at an exciting stage of expansion, with real ownership over our social and email presence and direct exposure to brand and influencer partnerships. You’ll work closely with a supportive HQ team who are just as invested in getting the creative right as you are.
