The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

We are looking for 5 enthusiastic and motivated paralegals. All 5 jobs are brand-new and are necessary partly because we plan a further 50% growth in our conveyancing work in 2026.

Qualifications

  • The jobs are suitable for a law graduate looking for their first role. No legal experience required – full training provided.

Location

  • All paralegals will be based in our Salisbury office. However, all candidates will spend their 1st month with the firm in our Salisbury office as part of our Central Administrative Team, learning about the firm and its systems, before transferring permanently to the paralegal role.

The successful candidates will have:

  • Good numeracy, organisational, time management and IT skills

The work

The successful candidates will support one of our conveyancing, personal injury or dispute lawyers with a mix of paralegal and administrative work.

We take our paralegals and their training very seriously. That’s why we developed, and are continuing to improve, our own Accelerated Development Programme for paralegals – so we can help you fast-track your legal career.

Locally based candidates

The successful candidates will live locally or within an easy commuting distance of Salisbury. We will not consider candidates from further afield for this role.

Hours

Full time: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:15pm
