Responsibilities
- Oversee and administer all school admissions processes, ensuring compliance with statutory codes, maintaining accurate records, and managing communications with prospective and current families.
- Coordinate and deliver school‐level recruitment administration, including managing activities on the applicant tracking system and school‐side tasks related to interviews and induction.
- Maintain accurate student, parent and staff data across key systems, provide reports and support statutory returns such as the Census.
- Support appeals, consultations, transition activities, recruitment fairs, open events and multi‐agency meetings, ensuring all documentation and follow‐up actions are completed.
- Contribute to effective school operations by line‐managing administrative staff, supporting colleagues, attending required meetings and events, and ensuring high standards of confidentiality and compliance.
