You will be the first creative in the UK, responsible for day-to-day execution across digital and print, supporting our local and global team getting brand and sales material to life, while working closely with the Creative Director in Australia. You will be the trusted extension of the global creative function in-market, balancing local needs with global brand direction and a non-compromising attitude to brand congruency and execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their craft, comfortable working independently and capable of making smart creative decisions, while knowing when to escalate, align and push back.

What you’ll do
  • UK Creative Ownership
    • Own the execution of UK-specific creative work across digital, print, events and partnerships, while supporting the global creative output when needed.
    • Translate global campaigns and brand direction into locally relevant, high-quality assets.
    • Act as a guardian of the brand experience in the UK, maintaining consistency and taste.
  • Design & Delivery
    • Design assets across print (flyers, booklets, event collateral, OOH) and digital (social, paid media, email, web).
    • Manage multiple fast-turn projects in a reactive environment without sacrificing quality.
    • Deliver work from brief to final output with minimal hand-holding.
    • Comfortable working to and delivering on tight deadlines, knows how long things take, and can accurately predict timespend and budget requirements for the creative ops management.
  • Photography & Video (Capture + Edit)
    • Capture and edit photography and video content for the UK market.
    • Confidently shoot on location (events, activations, OOH moments), using iPhone or camera with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Edit short-form video and imagery for social, presentations and internal use.
  • Events & Partnerships
    • Support a strong UK events calendar with creative assets, documentation and coverage.
    • Collaborate on partnerships by delivering print and digital collateral.
    • Occasionally work evenings or weekends for event coverage (no late-night shoots expected).
  • Collaboration & Judgement
    • Report directly to the Creative Director in Australia, with a dotted line to our UK team.
    • Work closely with UK stakeholders while protecting global creative standards.
    • Know when to push creative thinking forward, when to execute and when to push back.
What we’re looking for
  • 3–6 years experience in a design or creative role (brand, in-house, or agency).
  • Strong graphic design fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, visual systems.
  • Proven experience capturing and editing photo and video content.
  • Comfortable working solo, prioritising effectively and managing ambiguity.
  • Strong creative judgement and the confidence to say no when needed.
  • Experience in fast-paced, reactive environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar).
  • UK right to work (visa sponsorship not available).
What makes this a different and great opportunity.
  • You get to work with a company in a hyper growth stage that sees the value in marketing, branding and story telling across all relevant mediums.
  • As a designer you get to scratch that multidisciplinary itch across many different mediums and formats in a company that gives permission to play and be creative.
  • You get to work in the intersection of cutting edge technology, health, wellness and elite sports recovery.
  • You will shape how the brand shows up across the UK and wider global priority regions.
