About the Role
The Head of Marketing - UK is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising regional marketing activity across DTC, brand, and growth channels, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on turning strategy into execution. The role requires strong marketing capability, structured campaign planning, and the ability to manage internal teams and external partners while maintaining brand consistency as the business scales globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Go-To-Market Execution
- Own day-to-day execution of global marketing campaigns aligned to product launches, seasonal moments, and expansion plans.
- Coordinate cross-channel execution across paid, owned, earned, and trade channels.
- Maintain and manage the regional marketing and campaign calendar.
- Brand & Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent premium brand execution across all regional customer touchpoints.
- Partner with creative, CX, and eCommerce teams to improve platform experience and conversion for the region.
- Protect and elevate premium brand standards while driving growth.
- Influencers, Events and Partnerships
- Support the development and scaling of influencer programs locally in collaboration with the local and global team.
- Collaborate with local team to manage day-to-day relationships with creators, ambassadors, and aligned brand partners.
- Execute campaigns with athletes, creators, and collaborators under a broader global partnership strategy and the local team.
- Support and empower the B2B Partnership pipeline to continue growth.
- Create new strategic partnerships together with B2B Partnership Manager.
- Performance & Growth Marketing
- Support strategy in paid media channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, and affiliates.
- Execute channel strategies set in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Monitor and report on local performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention.
- Work with local agencies and internal specialists to improve efficiency and scale performance.
- Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead and develop marketing team members across events, partnerships, brand, and content.
- Set clear priorities, workflows, and accountability within the marketing function.
- Support hiring and scaling of the marketing team as the business grows.
- Reporting & Insights
- Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Translate data into clear recommendations and optimisation actions.
- Contribute to planning, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
What You Bring
Essential
- Strong experience in DTC eCommerce marketing, ideally within premium, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on expertise across paid media, campaign execution, and performance optimisation.
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics and commercial drivers.
- Ability to balance execution with structured planning.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or internal marketing teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, scaling environments.
