Our client is a market leader in providing quality, innovative assistive healthcare products which create a better and more dignified life for people with disabilities and in turn working environment for those who help and assist them. They manufacture toileting, bathing and showering solutions developed specifically for disabled people and provide advice, installation, commissioning and service and maintenance.
Due to planned expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to maintain these facilities which are mainly installed in domestic premises. Covering South West Wales, you are ideally based in or around the Swansea area with easy access to the M4 corridor in order to cover this territory effectively.
It would be useful if the candidate has direct industry experience of adaptive toilets, bathing or shower solutions. However, should you be a competent Field Service Engineer / Field Maintenance Engineer with a good understanding of Plumbing and wish to pursue an extremely rewarding career out in the Field - this role would be ideal for you!
Excellent customer service skills, being clean & tidy and having an impeccable sympathetic manner, given the emotive environment, are an absolute must.
