Our client is a market leader in providing quality, innovative assistive healthcare products which create a better and more dignified life for people with disabilities and in turn working environment for those who help and assist them.
They manufacture toileting, bathing and showering solutions developed specifically for disabled people and provide advice, installation, commissioning and service and maintenance.
Due to planned expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to maintain these facilities which are mainly installed in domestic premises for either elderly or disabled clients.
You are ideally based in or around the West (Hayes, Southall, Brentford) or South West of London (Ealing, Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames etc.) with good access to the M4 Corridor in order to cover this and the nearby surrounding areas.
It would be useful for the candidate to have direct industry experience of adaptive toilets, bathing and showers. However, should you be a competent Field Service Engineer / Field Maintenance Engineer with sound knowledge of Plumbing or have a Plumbing background and wish to pursue an extremely rewarding career out in the Field β this role would equally suit.
Excellent customer service skills, being clean & tidy and having an impeccable sympathetic manner, given the emotive environment, are an absolute must.
