We're looking for driven, commission-based agents to generate leads and close high-value B2B orders in branded merchandise, custom gifting and wholesale sales or production. Expect a high-touch sales cycle (via WhatsApp, email, calls, our website and/or any other platform). You’ll not only close deals but also coordinate production and delivery to ensure each order is delivered with speed, quality, and great packaging. You'll be selling to a diverse range of B2B clients: from startups and event teams to retailers and consumer brands.
Commission: 10–15% per sale, with 5%+ bonuses for repeat business and consistent performance.
Type: Commission-Based (3-month commitment minimum)
Compensation: Commission only (Earn per closed sale; target $2000- $5000+/ ticket size; per month)
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Close bulk merchandise or wholesale orders ($2,000+)
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams post-sale
- Liaise with factories on pricing, production, and samples
- Oversee QC, shipping timelines, and packaging
- Share branding instructions and ensure brand consistency
- Handle invoicing and follow-ups for client satisfaction
- Grow accounts and secure repeat business for bonus commission
