Job Summary
Oversee overall business operations of Bomul Samgyetang, including finance, administration, and daily operational management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies to enhance operational efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate service quality across all outlets.
- Manage budgeting processes, implement cost control measures, and monitor financial performance to achieve business targets.
- Supervise and mentor outlet managers and administrative teams to ensure consistent, smooth daily operations and high team performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements from MOM, IRAS, NEA, and other relevant authorities to maintain operational legality and standards.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders to support business needs and operational goals.
- Review and refine internal policies, procedures, and reporting systems to optimize operational workflows and decisionāmaking accuracy.
