This internship offers a hands-on, multidisciplinary opportunity to gain experience within the dynamic world of Bompas & Parr. The internship will be split between working with the studio team and opportunities to explore the creative and projects teams, contributing to the full lifecycle of our innovative projects.

During your time in the Studio Team, you will work closely with the studio manager and team on day-to-day studio logistics, health and safety management, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain insight into studio management and broader operational planning.

In the second part of the internship, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across the Creative and Projects Teams, contributing to ideation, project planning, and assisting with live projects in a variety of creative areas, including experience design, set design, and product development. This part of the role will give you a well-rounded view of how we bring innovative concepts to life.

The split of your time will be varied, with opportunities to work across both the studio as well as the creative projects on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the studio team with daily tasks including organising the studio space, supporting health & safety protocols, and assisting with studio logistics.
  • Assist in managing the studio’s inventory, supplies, and other operational activities.
  • Provide support to the creative team on active projects, assisting with research, mood boards, and preliminary design work.
  • Collaborate on live projects within the projects team.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new concepts.
  • Shadow key members of the team to gain exposure to creative conceptualisation and delivery, client communications, project planning, and execution.
  • Play a key role in leading the internal studio events, from planning studio parties to the many exciting internal activities that happen at Bompas & Parr.

  • Post-graduation level – applicants should have completed a relevant degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • A proactive and adaptable attitude.
