Bompard is looking for a Store Manager for our Hampstead boutique, starting in April/May 2026. As a true brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving performance and leading your team with energy, elegance and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every client with authenticity, elegance and attention to detail
  • Share the story behind our iconic pieces through inspiring and engaging storytelling
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our collections to create a truly personalised client experience
  • Train and coach your team on product knowledge and client experience standards
  • Organise in-store events in collaboration with Head Office teams
  • Ensure the boutique is always beautifully presented and aligned with brand standards

Store Operations & Performance:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the boutique (opening/closing, HR administration, logistics, Visual Merchandising)
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
  • Manage stock levels, deliveries and inventory control
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets
  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team on a daily basis
  • Conduct regular performance follow-ups and provide constructive feedback
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Lead daily briefings and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Inspire your team to deliver a unique and memorable client experience
