Bompard is looking for a Store Manager for our Hampstead boutique. As a true brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving performance and leading your team with energy, elegance and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Bringing the Bompard Experience to Life
- Welcome every client with authenticity, elegance and attention to detail
- Share the story behind our iconic pieces through inspiring and engaging storytelling
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our collections to create a truly personalised client experience
- Train and coach your team on product knowledge and client experience standards
- Organise in-store events in collaboration with Head Office teams
- Ensure the boutique is always beautifully presented and aligned with brand standards
- Oversee the daily operations of the boutique (opening/closing, HR administration, logistics, Visual Merchandising)
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
- Manage stock levels, deliveries and inventory control
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team on a daily basis
- Conduct regular performance follow-ups and provide constructive feedback
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Lead daily briefings and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Inspire your team to deliver a unique and memorable client experience
