Bombay Story Indian Kitchen & Bar is seeking a Senior Indian Specialist Curry Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in the UK. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will prepare Indian dishes, sauces, and marinades, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation for our all-day menu.
You will lead the kitchen brigade during busy service, develop seasonal items, and train junior staff while maintaining food safety and cost controls.
