Bombardier Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Intern on a fixed‑term contract for its new Service Centre located at the London Biggin Hill Airport, United Kingdom. The London Service Centre will join an award‑winning Network of wholly‑owned Bombardier Business Aircraft Service Centres.
In this role you will:
- Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties: data management, reports, record keeping
- Create purchase orders through SAP
- Support departments with raising POs
- Assist buyers on a daily basis
- Liaise with vendors over the phone and through email
How to thrive in this role?
- You have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are able to work Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You have organizational skills: ability to prioritize and work independently, meet deadlines, multitask and balance various assignments
- You have interpersonal skills: work in a team of dynamic individuals, ability to remain professional through stressful situations
- You have excellent customer service skills
