Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.
In your role, you will:
- Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties including but not limited to supporting with technical documentation, expenses review and marketing.
- Assist the team for any coordination requirements on a daily basis.
- Provide support in creating reports for management when required.
- Work with internal departments to ensure data is gathered as required.
- Help in disseminating necessary information to the relevant departments.
- Support the team for pass applications.
- Support the team in organising/coordinating travel requirements for AOGs within UK and abroad.
- Liaise with vendors regarding indirect costs.
- Assist with managing UMT Line Vans fleet.
- Support the team with maintaining records up-to-date on operational documents.
As our ideal candidate, you:
- Have previous experience in Aircraft Maintenance Technical Records/Planning (preferred).
- Have previous experience in technical data entry within Aircraft Maintenance environment (preferred).
- Have previous experience in general administration within Operations.
- Have an understanding of Stores, Tech Records and Planning (preferred).
- Have IT literacy in Word, Excel and SAP (preferred).
- Are familiar with CAA/EASA Part 145 regulations (preferred).
- Are methodical and have good attention to detail.
