This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest‑growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility can perform a full range of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site, located only 14 miles from London.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Design, deliver, and maintain technical training programs, including scheduling, materials, and evaluations.
- Develop curriculum, training content, and multimedia teaching aids for technical and compliance training (e.g., EWIS, FTS, HF).
- Manage training records, certification tracking, and regulatory compliance.
- Use and enhance LMS systems and e‑learning solutions.
- Coordinate external stakeholders for course bookings and materials.
- Conduct training needs analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver inductions, coaching sessions, and technical expertise to support operational excellence.
- Oversee apprenticeship programmes: design, delivery, compliance (ESFA, Ofsted), and quality assurance.
- Monitor learner progress, manage apprenticeship levy funds, and produce performance reports.
- Build strong employer and provider relationships to maximise workforce development opportunities.
- Lead and support training teams, ensuring high standards and learner success.
Apprenticeship Management Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, and relevant standards.
- Monitor learner progress and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage apprenticeship levy funds and report on key performance metrics.
- Build strong employer partnerships and collaborate with training providers and awarding bodies.
- Supervise and support staff involved in apprenticeship delivery.

- You have a degree in a related subject and/or equivalent industry experience and/or qualification.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in aviation maintenance (preferably Part 145 environment).
- You have experience and relevant qualification in the field of learning, adult education, project management, coaching.
