We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Licensed Engineer (B1/C) to oversee the MRT (Structures) and Structures/Engine Workshop under the B and C ratings within BAS London. - Lead the MRT (Structures) and Workshop engineering team to ensure effective maintenance and repair operations.

- Coordinate and oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks for aircraft structural components.
- Develop and implement procedures to optimize workshop operations and enhance team productivity.

- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless maintenance processes.

Qualifications
- Licensed engineer B1/C with experience of metallic and composite aircraft structures within the aviation industry.

- Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks and safety standards (e.g., UK CAA, FAA, EASA, etc.).
