Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.
What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will:
- Support the Service Sales team assigned to the International region.
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in maintaining and updating databases, trackers, and reports.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
- Assist with data entry, and record management.
- Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives.
- Provide general support to the department as needed.
- Complete assigned training and development activities.

As our ideal candidate,
- To have a keen interest in the Aviation Sector.
- To have a strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 software suite, with the ability to quickly learn other software programs.
- To Manage workload in a timely manner with ability to hit deadline.
- To be able to take initiative
- To have strong verbal and written communications skills
- To have experience in Sales and/or Marketing environment – preferred
- To have a degree - preferred
