Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award‑winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest‑growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input maintenance schedules, aircraft details, and work orders into the planning system, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
- Document Preparation: Generate and distribute work packages, task cards, and supporting documentation for maintenance activities.
- Communication Coordination: Act as a liaison between planning, operations, and other departments to ensure all parties are informed of schedule changes or updates.
- Report Creation: Compile and format reports on maintenance progress, resource allocation, and upcoming tasks for management review.
- System Updates: Update planning software with maintenance statuses, deadlines, and operational requirements.
- Scheduling Support: Assist planners in organizing daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance schedules and resource availability.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all documentation aligns with regulatory and company standards, flagging discrepancies to planners.
- Meeting Support: Organize and document planning meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes for follow‑up actions.
- Customer Coordination: Assist in preparing communication materials or updates for clients regarding the status of their aircraft maintenance.
