Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications, and upgrades from this site. Located only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally positioned to support operators in the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective delivery of the Tech Services Function to support Base/Line Maintenance activities.
  • Management of SRPSAs in line with company processes.
  • Source and review technical drawings and data upon request from operations.
  • Raise SRPSAs as required for alternate PNs and update our SAP system.
  • Support the development of processes for the Tech Services function.
  • Assist in creating complex task breakdowns.
  • Drive continuous improvement and set standards to enhance performance.
  • Oversee and provide direction for all Tech Services projects within the organization.
  • Develop and track key KPIs to identify deviations in standards.
  • Work effectively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Maintain good awareness of aviation safety standards.
  • Possess extensive experience in aircraft MRO activities within an EASA/CAA environment.
  • Deliver projects within agreed time and cost constraints.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and management skills in a highly commercial environment.
  • Focus on deadlines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate and motivate team members.
  • Prioritize time-critical work effectively.
