Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties including but not limited to auditing Work Packs, organising parts return, supporting with technical documentation.
  • Assist the Team for any coordination requirements.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure data is gathered as required.
  • Help with disseminating necessary information to the relevant departments.
  • Help with marginal liaison with Vendors.
  • Help in managing Line Vans fleet.
  • Support UMT with maintaining up-to-date records on operational documents.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have previous experience in an Aircraft Maintenance environment (preferred).
  • You have previous experience in technical data entry within an Aviation Maintenance environment.
  • You have an understanding of Aviation Stores and Technical Records (preferred).
  • You have IT literacy in Word, Excel and SAP (preferred).
  • You are familiar with CAA/EASA Part 145 regulation (preferred).
  • You are methodical and organised.
  • You have basic knowledge of SAP or any other ERP (enterprise resource software).
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset and pay attention to detail.
