Responsibilities:

  • Log and process inbound and outbound aircraft parts and materials at the off-site location.
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments in accordance with Bombardier's standards and aviation regulations.
  • Ensure accurate labelling and traceability of parts and supplies.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records using Bombardier's inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of parts to and from the main Service Centre at Biggin Hill.
  • Organize and store items safely and efficiently, adhering to warehouse and aviation safety protocols.
  • Support inventory audits and stock checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with preparing parts for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
  • Liaise with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of required components.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry and documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics and reduce turnaround times.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in inventory management or logistics is an asset but not essential.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
