Stores/Driver & Logistics Operations Assistant – responsible for the management and movement of aircraft parts and materials at the off‑site warehouse, ensuring compliance with Bombardier’s standards and aviation regulations.
Responsibilities
- Log and process inbound and outbound aircraft parts and materials at the off‑site location.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments in accordance with company standards and aviation regulations.
- Ensure accurate labelling and traceability of parts and supplies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using Bombardier’s inventory management systems.
- Coordinate the dispatch of parts to and from the main Service Centre at Biggin Hill.
- Organise and store items safely and efficiently, adhering to warehouse and aviation safety protocols.
- Support inventory audits and stock checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with preparing parts for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of required components.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry and documentation.
