Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Safety Driven: Cultivate a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with environmental, Health & Safety Regulations / guidelines and procedures as well as PPE policies.
- Efficient Execution: Responsible for the execution of the work scope, ensuring timely and efficient completion of aircraft maintenance projects through effective supervision, allocation of resources, equipment, assets and systems. Driving performance through maintaining accurate billing, labour hours management, on-time delivery, and profitability.
- People Management: Demonstrates effective people management skills by leading and inspiring a diverse team. Fosters a work environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and the well-being of all team members through continuous feedback as well as conducting performance reviews.
- Systems Management: Proficiently manages systems related to aircraft maintenance projects, leveraging technology and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
