Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will play a critical role in achieving this goal through creating engaging content to promote the many ways we can help generate wealth for our investors.

We're focused on bringing crypto to the masses and expanding into new segments; an effective marketing strategy is key to this.

Responsibilities

• Manage our social media channels, generating thoughtful and engaging written and visual content.
• Simplify complex messages into bite‑size posts.
• Support our Marketing Director in the execution of our overall marketing strategy.
• Social media analytics and reporting – share regular reports on channel effectiveness with the team.
• Innovate and offer new ideas to elevate our social media presence.
• Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms, ensuring best‑practice guidelines and use of latest features.

Skills & Knowledge You’ll Need

• Experience effectively managing social media accounts with strong engagement and growth.
• Productive and consistently generating content.
• Highly creative and engaging written style.
• Ability to create visual content to support stories.
• Familiarity with social management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Comfortable with Twitter, Telegram, Discord and Linked In.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of web3, crypto, De Fi or willingness to learn quickly.
• Smart Contracts Engineer

At Bomb Money, we are building an ecosystem of smart contracts that drive our platform.

The Smart Contracts Engineer will design, develop, and review contracts primarily written in Solidity and Hardhat, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and deployable across chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain smart contracts and their interactions.
• Help define the architecture of our ecosystem.
• Write comprehensive test coverage for all contract functionality.
• Create deployment scripts and integrations for cross‑chain deployments.

Skills & Knowledge You’ll Need

• Experience with smart contract development (experienced developers welcome as well as those building toward it).
• Genuine interest in De Fi, NFTs, DAOs and Web3.
• Knowledge of common smart‑contract weaknesses, attack vectors, and bugs.
• Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be a dynamic, self‑motivated individual who can think strategically and implement business development initiatives from ideation to execution to support Bomb Money’s growth.

With a passion for Web3, you will navigate the industry to increase brand visibility and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies and action plans to acquire new users, drive engagement, and increase revenue.
• Identify and act on opportunities to create new partnerships.
• Report on progress to senior leadership.
• Engage in proactive outreach and business development activities including pitching Bomb’s products and services to potential investors and partners.
• Involved in ideation and curation of innovative new products, services, and initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and create recommendations to improve Bomb’s products, services and marketing strategies.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Passion for Web3, Crypto, and De Fi with ability to articulate Bomb’s value proposition.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High degree of creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, principles, and best practices.
