Je zit midden in het proces, maar jouw focus ligt op de verwerking en controle. Je verwerkt en controleert inkoopaanvragen in het systeem. Je zet aanvragen om naar purchase orders (PO’s) in SAP. Je past PO’s aan zodat alles klopt met de werkelijkheid. Je boekt leveringen correct binnen. Je controleert gegevens, prijzen en specificaties. Je signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt dat ze worden opgelost. Je stemt af met interne collega’s en leveranciers om alles kloppend te krijgen. Kort gezegd: jij zorgt dat de administratie rondom inkoop waterdicht is.
Waar anderen zich bezighouden met de inkoop zelf, zorg jij dat alles administratief klopt en goed vastgelegd is. Als jij scherp bent:
- Staan bestellingen goed in het systeem
- Zijn leveringen juist verwerkt

- MBO niveau 3/4 (richting administratie/logistiek/inkoop).
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
- Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende partijen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels.
- Ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen.
