Boluda Lines UK is seeking to hire an Administration Assistant to provide efficient business and office administration with a wide variety of responsibilities, and to assist with administrative support to all UK functions inclusive of Transport Operations, Finance and Sales Support.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage and process commercial and operational data, including the creation of transport orders, manifests, and bespoke reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers by retrieving PODs, communicating delays, and supporting import/export administrative processes.
  • Support financial and commercial activities such as invoice queries, outstanding debt follow-up, and preparing quotes.
  • Produce operational performance reports (e.g., On Time Delivery) and support systems usage including Destin8.
  • Perform additional trained tasks as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Secondary vocational education in relevant discipline.
  • 0-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
  • Very proficient with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
