About the role
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, building the operational backbone that enables Boltz to scale its go-to-market efforts. You will own planning cadence, KPI infrastructure, board and investor materials, and cross-functional coordination. This role sits across all GTM motions, ensuring alignment and execution as the company grows. You will operate in highly ambiguous environments, structuring information, building processes from scratch, and helping leadership make better, faster decisions.
About you
Essentials:
- 2-6 years of experience in VC, consulting, or a high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Excellent written communication — able to synthesize complex information clearly
- Experience building processes, dashboards, and reporting systems
