Position Overview:

Bolton Talent Solutions and Bolton College are seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the HR team with all aspects of administrative duties. Working onsite full time, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including scheduling meetings, taking accurate notes, drafting correspondence, and maintaining employee records. You will contribute to a professional and efficient HR service, supporting both managers and staff across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related appointments
  • Take accurate meeting notes and distribute minutes as required
  • Draft letters and HR documentation in line with policies and procedures
