About the Role
Bolton Talent Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and industry-experienced Catering Lecturer to join Bolton College on a temporary basis via our internal agency. Starting from September 2026, this opportunity offers flexible, variable hours, making it ideal for candidates looking for adaptable working arrangements with ongoing assignments. You will deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning within Catering and Hospitality, supporting learners to develop practical skills, industry knowledge, and progress into employment or further study.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching across Catering and Hospitality programmes
- Plan engaging practical and theory-based sessions
- Support learners to develop industry-standard skills
- Maintain a safe, positive, and professional learning environment
- Develop teaching resources and support course delivery
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
- Support departmental targets including retention and achievement
About You
Ideally, you will have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Catering and Hospitality
- Level 3 Advanced Food Hygiene
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
- Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths
- Recent industry experience within Catering or Hospitality
- Strong practical teaching and classroom management skills
- A flexible, proactive, and learner-focused approach
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
