Bolton St Catherine's Academy seeks a passionate SENCO with a SEND leadership remit across the secondary phase. The post requires strategic oversight of SEND provision and line management of the SEND team, within a 3-16 all-age academy in a £36m new building.
The successful candidate will drive high-quality teaching, develop staff, collaborate with parents and external agencies, and uphold safeguarding and inclusion commitments, with a competitive L6–L10 leadership scale.
