The predicted salary is between 26296 - 29188 £ per year.

We are a 3-16 all age fully inclusive Academy. Our school has been on a fantastic journey over the last 18 months, and we are incredibly proud of our amazing staff and pupils. Our recent Ofsted and SIAMS inspections highlighted the fantastic progress we have made as an academy, and we are looking for someone to join us as we take our next steps. WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO:

  • Is passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people and families
  • Able to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, parents/carers and professionals
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has experience supporting vulnerable families and pupils with social, emotional or behavioural needs
  • Has a strong understanding of safeguarding
  • Is empathetic, resilient and able to manage sensitive situations professionally
  • Is organised and able to prioritise a varied workload effectively
  • Is able to work independently and as part of a pastoral/safeguarding team
  • Is committed to inclusion, equality and parental engagement
  • Has a proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach to supporting families

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

To provide a professional level of support to parents/carers and school staff, providing a core offer of services for pupils and their families where pupils present with challenges and barriers to learning.
