Position Overview: MPS T1 - T9 (£32,916 - £51,048) Actual Salary £26,332.80 - £40,838.40 0.8 FTE Permanent. 1st September 2026. We are a 3-16 all age fully inclusive Academy. Our school has been on a fantastic journey over the last 18 months, and we are incredibly proud of our amazing staff and pupils. Our recent Ofsted and SIAMS inspections highlighted the fantastic progress we have made as an academy, and we are looking for someone to join us as we take our next steps. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons at both KS3 and KS4.
  • Raise standards across the subject in teaching and learning and curriculum leading to better outcomes for all.
  • Contribute to the well‑being of pupils as a form tutor, undertaking duties, and being a role model for learning and conduct.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, training sessions, and contribute to whole‑school initiatives and improvement plans.

  • Highly effective practitioner or potential to be so, with a clear understanding of high‑quality teaching and able to teach across the whole ability range.
  • Quickly build rapport and effective professional relationships with pupils and colleagues.
