Required from September 2026. Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will engage the large-scale voluntary service of Alumni in support of the careers and enrichment activities offered to pupils across the Bolton School Foundation by both its Development and Futures Teams.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of developing and stewarding positive relationships with volunteers and stakeholders, as well as of event planning and delivery. A strong communicator, they will have the ability to engage enthusiastically with a wide range of audiences including students and teachers.
The role requires someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail, who will be able to work flexibly with a variety of teams and stakeholders to meet the Development and Futures Teams’ shared objectives.
The hours of work are 25 per week, Monday to Friday, during term time only. The times of attendance are flexible to suit the needs of the Department. An attractive salary and benefits package are available.
