Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will engage the large-scale voluntary service of Alumni in support of the careers and enrichment activities offered to pupils across the Bolton School Foundation by both its Development and Futures Teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and steward positive relationships with volunteers and stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and deliver events supporting career and enrichment activities.
- Engage enthusiastically with a wide range of audiences, including students and teachers.
- Provide excellent organisational and administrative support with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate flexibly with a variety of teams and stakeholders to meet shared objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of developing and stewarding positive relationships with volunteers and stakeholders.
- Experience in event planning and delivery.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexibly with teams and stakeholders.
Hours
25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term time only. Attendance times are flexible to suit the needs of the Department.
