The Role:
As a Researcher and Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in the execution of its executive search projects, identifying and engaging with top-level FMCG professionals. You’ll be responsible for sourcing high-calibre candidates, managing the recruitment process, and delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify top talent across the FMCG sector.
- Manage candidate sourcing through various channels, including databases, social media, and direct headhunting.
- Engage with candidates, conducting initial screenings and assessments to qualify suitability for senior-level roles.
- Support executive search consultants and directors with market mapping, talent pipelining, and managing the end-to-end delivery of executive search assignments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the team on search strategies and provide market insights to enhance the quality of search delivery.
